The manufacturer fulfills the hit, not the shop that sold the wax and not the breaker. Submit the stub on that issuer's current redemption site. Panini and Topps each publish their own form.

Redemptions: what collectors should know
Redemption is two different things. A pack-insert is a placeholder in wax for an auto, 1/1, or patch that was not ready at pack-out. A program redemption is eligibility for credit later, such as Bowman Red RC FanCash. Do not price them as the same card.
Pack-insert redemptions
A pack-insert redemption is a placeholder packed in sealed product when the actual autograph, 1/1, or relic was not ready at pack-out. You submit it to the issuer and wait for the finished hit. Wait times vary. Some never fulfill. Do not grade or comp the placeholder as if you already hold the auto.

Expired redemptions and replacements
Pack-inserts often print an expiration date. Past that date, some issuers still take a late submit or a replacement or credit request; some do not. Panini and Topps each publish their own delayed and expired process. Wait windows change. An expired stub is not the finished auto.
Program redemptions
A program redemption is a finished card that can convert to credit or another payout if the issuer's rules hit. Bowman Red RC FanCash and the Topps MVP Buyback are this type. They are not placeholders for a missing auto in a pack. Kevin McGonigle is the baseball example: until Rookie of the Year, his Red RC stays a claim.
Program redemptions
The program issuer fulfills it, not the shop that sold the card. Bowman Red RC FanCash goes through a Fanatics Collect account when that window is open. The Topps MVP Buyback is turned in at a participating hobby shop or by authorized mail-in.

For Bowman Red RC FanCash specifically, open the 2026 Bowman Red RC Baseball checklist. The word redemption in the slang glossary is the other door.
Topps MVP Buyback
The Topps MVP Buyback is football, not AL and NL baseball. Eligible Topps Chrome cards of the NFL MVP can convert to hobby-shop credit by card tier, at participating shops or authorized mail-in. Store credit only, not cash and not FanCash. Match the exact parallel before you redeem. Matthew Stafford is the current fill on the MVP Buyback checklist.
Foundation rule: read the issuer's current terms before you buy, grade, or "comp" either type like a normal licensed insert. Details change; your research has to be current.
